I also got a 4464c letter from the irs my return was a simple one filed single and now their checking me out ive never had a problem before in my life with my taxes why now

My 60 days were up today, i called the number that @adam.mandi  provided. They said they were going to send out a memo to either contact me if they needed something or to send my refund over. He said they had another 60 days... so more wait time. But it felt good to finally talked to someone and for them to give me some kind of hope... Thanks!! hopefully soon i hear good news.

b-fraire  im calling the irs on Monday my 60 days are up hopefully they will process my tax return to approval department ill let you all know what they said keep my fingers crossed

b-fraire don't worry youll get your refund soon mine is up on Tuesday after that im calling the irs whats up with my return I will tell them too send my return too the referral department because a lot of people are having too issue I think its about five hundred thousand people on this delay

@b_fraire I called and they sent the referral I a just waiting on things to change now after my 60 days was up May 7th...Should I call back again sense nothing has changed yet?

@nenaputrice not sure my 60 days was up on the 18th of May i called that day. I wil wait at least two weeks to see if anything changes. They told me to give them another 60 days after initial 60 days.. I am thinking its all a waiting game.

Look at @adam.mandi  his 60 days was up on april 23 and took two weeks or so to get his refund it on may 9 I know everyone is different on many cases

Yeah almost everyone gets it after 2 weeks after the 60 day wait.. will see how ours work out.

I just talked to the irs since my 60 days are up today they said they will send my tax return to the referral department and said they just need a adjustment to my tax return and it wont take 60 days more, they will call me if they need more info!

I still have not received my tax return. I called and they have stated I now need to wait an additional 60 days. I've asked if I can be proactive in any way and they said "no". It has now been 79 days since march 5th

F /1/27 a /1/29 eic hold 2/15 then 2/17 The still being processed called 2/27 was told 45 review end 4/1 then 3/5 4464c letter dated for 2/27 so now 60 days 4/6 id verified and amend in person 570 hold with 3/5 date the 424 dated 4/19 then 420 dated 4/20 my 60 days was 2/27 or 28 still no update received a letter Monday about my audit... and now today was told they won’t get to me until December... so I really do hope I get a good ta....
