Mistakely file 1040 instead of 1040NR/1040NR-EZ

I made a mistake between 1040 and 1040rn. So I owe money and I shouldn't. Should I pay my dues before I do the new 1040rn and 1040x.
how does the repayment process work if you no longer live in the usa and intend to close your usa bank account? how long does it take?

Do I need to mail the new 1040-NR and 1040 X to IRS by 4/15 as well?

Turbo Tax does not prepare 1040 NR returns. Please contact our affiliate at Sprint.Tax that prepares 1040 NR returns. They will be able to address your question as 1040 NR return are out of the scope of our expertise.
