Mississippi tax refund not received yet. TAP says cannot find with my social and refund amount. All is correct.

Follow these steps:

Verify your state return is filed and your TurboTax account shows your state filed
You can call us at 1-800-446-8848
Ask them for the DCN* shown in EFE (electronic filing engine).
You will have to prove your identity as this is private information.
Call the State of MS
give them the DCN for tracking.

*Document Control Number (DCN)
