Follow these steps:
- Verify your state return is filed and your TurboTax account shows your state filed
- You can call us at 1-800-446-8848
- Ask them for the DCN* shown in EFE (electronic filing engine).
- You will have to prove your identity as this is private information.
- Call the State of MS
- give them the DCN for tracking.
