After submitting my returns electronically and receiving an email and text that my federal return was accepted, all my return on Turbotax went missing. What happened?

Are you in the wrong account?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

My return is showing saved in my icloud drive, but all the information that I input is "gone". It is a very strange situation.
On the positive side, i got notifications that both my Federal and State returns are "accepted".
It seems that I completed and properly "transmitted" my return but somehow, the data that i input to complete the returns is not saved on my computer but may have successfully been transmitted to IRA and my state tax office.
I am unable to check status of my return because I do not remember the amount of the refunds due and that is an input requirement to "track my return".
My next step is to speak to a turbotax rep or chat with them. Any idea how to do that?
Aloha - Len
