Missing part of my refund

This is my second time reaching out. I would like someone to help me so I don’t have to take further action. 

I did not get my full refund. I was expected to get $3,378 and only received $1,978. I have used turbo tax every year and this has never been an issue before. I have no offsets or student loans. I have tried calling turbo tax and the IRS and no help. I would like this resolved immediately please.

 3378 minus 1978 is 1400.

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.
