Missing money

Hello, 

I have been filling with Turbo Tax for years, one thing is when i filled i never had any issue until now! One thing i contacted the IRS and it's been said I'm over the 21 days mark when it came to contacting them to about my refund. Please help me solve this matter everyone has been giving me the run around and nothing has been done now it's been 2 months that i have been missing 1.5k and with no one responding to my situation.

Again, i done this already these links or external web address hasn't done anything at all i haven been very patient about this and now i feel like no one is really taking this matter very serious it's not right and very unfair for customer who's been using your program to file and very quick to take payment but when it comes to helping "Your" customers seems like no one is taking the initiative on this matter.

I have the same problem with no help.  I know there are no issues with my taxes and I had 3,226 coming back and only received 1,672.  No answers except maybe I filed wrong....No I didnt!     Getting ready to file a BBB complaint.
