Missing Funds

The IRS confirmed multiple times I would receive 9844.14. No off sets connected to my SS# at all! I checked multiple times. I only received 8814.44. I am missing over 1000 dollars and I need answers. I will never be using trubotax again! I called and the agents are poorly educated. They tell us to call the bank of TurboTax. You call the bank, they say call the IRS. I want my additional money owed to me.

I need answers! I want my money! I will never file with TruboTax again and knowing I am not the only person affected! TurboTax needs to do something! Someone needs to call me about the issues or correct it. I want my money!

I am missing over $1000 as well! I’ve contacted the irs and they confirmed I would get an adjusted tax refund of $6100 but only $5000 was deposited into my account!! The irs informed me to contact TurboTax but I’m unable to speak with an actual person. If this isn’t figured out in a timely matter I will be contacting my lawyer & not using TurboTax again! This is ridiculous!
