Missing form 8283

My return was rejected with thi error missing form 8283. I received the option to fix two days later in which I followed direction only for it to be rejected right away again.

Description of error:

If Schedule A (Form 1040), 'OtherThanByCashOrCheckAmt' is greater than 500, then Form 8283 must be attached.

What needs to be done:

This return was not e-filed due to a timing issue or a processing error that has been corrected. Open the rejected return, review it for errors, and resubmit the return for electronic filing. If the reject continues you will need to print and file this return by mail.

Now I’m afraid to resubmit but I’m not sure if it will just be rejected again. Poor experience given I have paid for the most expensive TurboTax filing option.
