@Tcolemanx3  You will need to contact our phone support for additional information.  We do not have access to your refund information in this forum.  Based on the information you provide, it is possible that either the IRS offset you for a past debt, or they recalculated credit amounts (such as the stimulus or Child Tax Credit) and lowered your anticipated refund.  But, as mentioned before, we have no way of knowing in this public forum.  Thank you for noting.
