Missed adding info and already files

I've filed my return today but seen that I've missed adding a 1098-T form, can this be added even if I've completely filed for 2017?  What do I do if it can't be added?

Yes, if you wish to claim any Educations Credits from your 1098-T (Tuition Statement), your form can be added by amending that return.

If you have already e-filed or mailed the return and they accept it, you will need to wait until you have received your refund. Then, you will need to amend that return to make changes (add your 1098-T). You will need to send in any forms that caused the need for an amendment (Original 1040 Form, new 1040X Form and 1098-T). Print, sign and mail your forms to the IRS.
