Missed a 1099-R with No taxable amount in box 2

I just filed my return, but realized i didn't include 2 1099-R forms.  both were rollovers with $0.00 in box 2a.  one was a roth rollover with Code H in box 7, the other was a traditional IRA rollvoer with code G in box 7.  Since the taxable amount on both forms is $0.00 do i need to file an amended return

i wouldn't since there will be no change in your taxes. at worst the IRS might ask at which time you could respond but it's likely based on the code that the IRS already knows they're rollovers and not taxable.

You probably don't need to file an amended return. While the gross distribution would show in box 4(a) of your form 1040, the taxable amount that would show in box 4(b) would be $0.00. As mentioned by @Mike9241 the worst that could happen is the IRS will query you about it.
