What is reference code 9001 on the where's my refund site?

I am using my social security number and up until Saturday it was saying processing now it's saying they don't have any information on my return wait 4 weeks after I mailed my return I didn't mail my return I efiled with turbo tax

I don't know when I called the automated system transferred me to speak to a customer service rep and then it said due to a high volume of calls they were unable to take my call to try back later or the next business day

They told me it was a error code im really confused because my return got accepted on 02/02/2016 and i got that message 02/05/2016

Mine also got accepted on 2/2 started seeing the message on 2/6

Just got off the phone with the IRS and they told me 9001 means my return was chosen to verify my identity gave me a number to call to verify my identity and they told me I had to wait 21 days from the date my return was accepted before I can go through the process of confirming my identity so pissed right now
