Maximum Refund Guarantee

How do I take advantage of the Maximum Refund Guarantee?  The software had an error and did not give me the maximum refund.  I had to use another method to calculate my return and then do a manual over-ride to the entries in the worksheet because of the software error in calculations.
I was given a link where supposedly one can submit the request online, but it would not submit the request.  I called customer service five times, and nobody there could help me.

So, they promote the guarantee, but when you actually want to claim the guarantee refund, they make it impossible to get your refund!

This is a scam!  False advertising!  Don't purchase this software if you think you might actually need to claim the guarantee!

I had an issue last year as well. I went to their faq's and the instructions were telling me to click things that weren't even on the screen. I called customer service and she just read the faq to me. She had to take over my screen to realize that none of it applied. She was got off guard by this and didn't know what to do, so she clicked random links and kept repeating "I'm sorry ma'am" "I'm not sure" "How odd" waiting for me to end the embarrassment and hang up instead of actually trying figure it out. Went to see a professional in person this year and found out I lost out on over a grand. I'm trying to amend it right now, but once again the instructions from the support page are inaccurate.

It's not the Satisfaction Guarantee about which I'm speaking, but rather the Maximum Refund Guarantee.  These are two different things.
