I filed with TurboTax last year. My state tax was supposed to be $150. I never received my state tax check at all

Was your state return Accepted?  When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Yes my return was accepted. I waited and expected my check to come and it never did. It went to accepted status, the same with my federal return, my federal return entered into my bank account and I never received my state.

Then you have to call your state and ask them where they sent it or if they kept it for something.

Where do I find the number to call? It was Massachusetts. Which branch do I look for, the IRS? Or a different state branch?
