I recieved a letter from the IRS in regard to Form 3531.

6. attach supporting documents  for entry of $5318.00 for federal incoe tax withheld. (forms w-2, w-2g, 1099)

Read the entire IRS letter carefully. Follow the instructions in the letter for what you have to do and what to send. Sign and date the tax return. Include copies of all your W-2, W-2G, and 1099-series forms that have federal tax withheld. The amounts of tax withheld on the forms should match lines 25a, 25b, and 25c on your Form 1040 or 1040-SR. The total of the federal tax on all the forms should be $5,318. (Ignore rounding errors.)
