Letter from IRS stating I need further review

I received a letter from the IRS saying they need to further review my return. I received my state return early Feburary and received this letter on 2/14. It also stated they should have a decision in 60 days, but I have not heard from anyone and there is still no update on "Where's my refund?". There is no way for me to contact the IRS right now. What should I do??

With the IRS currently closed, you will need to keep waiting unfortunately. Turbo Tax has no method to review the information within the IRS systems. 

You can keep trying to call the IRS in hopes someone may be in the office for the day.
