Less than expected

My refund went from $993 to $55 after submitted. What I want to know is why can't I find a way to complain to TurboTax about it? I.did everything they told me to do and followed the questions in the app. TurboTax needs to be liable for this error.

How do you know that the error was due to TurboTax?    What happened?   No one else can see your tax return or your account so we have no way to know what went wrong for you.   

TurboTax guarantees that the calculations will be done correctly----but TurboTax cannot know if you enter some income incorrectly or leave any income out, etc when you prepare the return.  Nor does TurboTax know if you owed child support or back taxes that could cause the IRS to reduce your refund.
