Last name xxxxx xxxxxx. She has changed her name to xxxxx with Elizabeth xxxxxxx as middle names. her name was past to xxxxxxx...how do we amend the return.

name is Sarah xxxxxx...legal change
her return was filed as Sarah E xxxxxx not Sarah E xxxxxx...how do we fix the name error?

There is no need to amend your return. The IRS matches the names to what is on record with the Social Security Administration. 

As long as your return was accepted, you are fine.

IF YOU HAVE NOT FILED YOUR RETURN, you can just select the Personal Info tab and change the name in that section.
