Its December and my 2024 tax return still says "received" on the irs website i filed in January what should i do?

I have received no correspondence in the mail, turbo tax has no answers, when i log into my irs dashboard i get a notification saying that i still havent filed but i did and the refund still shows up on the refund tracker as "received" its not on my transcript either
