It has been 14 weeks since i filed my tax return and it was accepted same day. When i check irs2go it still says processing. How can i figure out what the hold up is?

Unfortunately there is no way to find it because the IRS is not currently taking phone calls.
TurboTax gets no information about the status of your refund.
In normal times, the IRS says that most filers get their refunds within 21 days from the time their tax return is accepted.
Many returns are taking longer now since the IRS did not process returns for a while and there is now a big backlog of unprocessed returns.
The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns and is not taking any phone calls.
If you efiled your return, have you confirmed that the return was submitted by TurboTax and accepted by the IRS?

If accepted, what does the IRS tracking web site say about the status of your refund?

Here is an IRS Q&A with information about refunds:

Yes my refund was submitted by turbo tax and shows accepted. Tracking my refund states that it is being processed and that a refund date will be provided when available, as it has been saying for at least 2 months now.
I hear you loud and clear! Have received little help and on top of that I am being billed by turbo tax. Usually turbo tax will take out the balance from whatever I receive from my taxes but nothing has happened ! I filed the first of April and received positive emails that my taxes have been processed. No emails if I needed anything else. No updates on my refund.. just “processed “! And was advised to download the app for where’s my refund but that hasn’t helped because it’s saying error, wrong information... Very frustrating!!!
@krome As I said in my response above, TurboTax gets no information from the IRS about the status of tax returns after they received notification that your return is "accepted". It doesn't say "processed".
Are you sure you're entering the correct refund for just federal when you log in to the IRS web site?
Some mistakenly enter the sum of federal and state as the refund amount.
Regarding TurboTax taking the fees from your account, here is what you agreed to: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...
