On my direct deposit info I misspelled the name of the bank.it's Bancorp bank,i put Bancorp bank.how can I correct this or does it matter

All the info is correct for direct deposit except I put Bancorp bank instead of Bancorp bank

It shouldn't matter. The IRS will use the routing number and account number for direct deposit.
