There are two possible reasons you're not able to get a NetSpend Premier® Visa® Prepaid Card:
- You're using the TurboTax CD/Download software.
- The NetSpend card is only available in TurboTax Online.

Another option would be to purchase a NetSpend card or another prepaid debit card from a local retailer and then have your refund deposited to the card. When you get to the screen that asks how you want your refund, choose the Direct Deposit option. You can obtain the account information (account number and routing number) by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.
