It’s been 30 days since I e-filed my tax amendment and it’s not in my account yet will it be in there later today or Monday since it’s today

I would like to know why haven’t my met it be fun into my checking account I e-file my taxes

IRS has problems, you may have heard about it in the news.

IRS says:

wait 4  to 6 months for an amended return.

In reality, wait nine to eleven months, or longer, for an amended return

@trobert70 The IRS does not make direct deposits for amended returns.   When you amend a tax return and are getting a refund the IRS will only mail you a check.   So watching your bank account is a waste of time.   And....it takes the IRS about six months or longer to send a refund for an amended return.   Expecting the refund in 30 days is unrealistic.
