I want to cancel the filing fee. How do l change that and get my refund via mail?

It is showing you are using the Online version, with the Online version there is no charge to e-file or for direct deposit for your refund.  The charge is for the returns.  The charge is the same whether you e-file or mail in your return or choose direct deposit for your refund.
