It has been 3 months since I've done my taxes my state refund was approved says it was received and being processed wondering why I haven't gotten it yet?

I think you mean Accepted, which means received for processing.  Approved is a later step.

Only the state can tell you why it is taking so long, so call them. They do not notify TT.
