The IRS does not send emails or texts to taxpayers concerning the status of the tax refund. The 21 days is only an IRS target, it is not a guarantee that you will receive a refund after 21 days from being received by the IRS.
Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
In my case TurboTax told me I was getting my tax return and 21 days it still says that but they knew all along that I was not getting a return that they stated this is how I found out you know where it says insights click on that if it says there that you're not getting any tax return this year that's what you go by but that first statement on your homepage with your tax return and how much you're getting that doesn't mean nothing they have the true answer hidden somewhere else and mislead people had me pay $60 for my tax return when they knew then that I wasn't getting the return that they said I was getting otherwise they would have never charged me the $60 they would have just took it out of my return so if you paid for your tax return you're probably not getting one and it will tell you that you accepted and you're going to get it in 21 days but that's not true
