Is there a solution for the following: added Coinbase CSV, websire says "no headers found in this file."? How can I fix this?

I have uploaded by Coinbase CSV but I am getting an error that states there are no headers in the file and my information is not processed.

What year are you trying to do? Your post indicates that you are using online which in ONLY for 2020 and the 2020 imports will not be available until after the end of January 2021 at the earliest.
