Is there a reason my submitted taxes does not say accepted and says there is an issue?

Hi! I am having a similar issue currently. It says "Oops-an issue occurred. Please check back shortly." I am not sure how to proceed on my end.

It appears my FED Return processed correctly, but most of my State tax return is missing, it was already submitted and accepted ? What can I do about this ?
