The TurboSM Prepaid Visa ® Card is shipped to the mailing address on the return 7-10 business days after filing and the refund is deposited on the card within 21 days typically. You want to make sure to "Activate" your card once it is received.

If 7-10 business days have passed and you have not received the card, contact Green Dot. You can visit https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/ or call (888) 285-4169 toll-free.

Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays are not business days.
