Is anyone else getting the message on irs website that say "We apologize but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe" ?

Yes, I've had this status on wmr for almost 2 weeks now. I collected the ctc and etic credits and claimed 2 dependents. Initially wmr had processing and only reached 1 bar,  and then went to the delayed status, of course w the traditional 152 tax code. I filed Jan 7th & was accepted Jan 21st, & its been 32 days.  This is getting ridiculous, I even mail ordered my tax transcripts almost 2 weeks ago, and still haven't received them. I have never had such a sucky tax year. I pray we see some positive updates soon.

Why did you mail order your tax transcripts?  I have never had this happen we usually get our taxes right away.  I figured its just because they are short staffed and still backed up from last year. Hopefully march 1 they will make deposits.
