I ask this question because going into complete the state return the return ask question regarding prior year tax filing :
Did you file Massachusetts tax return last year ?
Did you change your address when you last filed taxes? This answer can be found on a most recent tax returned filed BUT I would like to know what specific transcript on of the 4 the IRS provided should I be request the client to upload into the tax return ?

No, if the individual did not file a tax return for a particular year, a transcript of the return is not available since there was never a return created. The return would be created by the taxpayer, not the IRS. You can get a Wage and Income Transcript that will list information on tax documents the IRS received such as W-2 forms and 1099 forms even if a tax return was not filed.
