IRS online account

My spouse and I got married in 2021, and we both have our own IRS online account before getting married. We filed married jointly for 2021 return on 2/18/22, and on 2/25/22 my IRS account shows as receiving the tax return and transcript record shows correctly with married filing jointly with both of our name and last 4 digit SSN, however, when checking my spouse's IRS account, it shows no filing record. Is this normal? should I do anything about it?

You don't have to do anything.  When you file as Married Filing Joint, there is only one return for both of you.  The IRS will show the information for the Married Filing Joint return who ever is the first person on the tax return.  Since you are the first person listed on your return, you will only be able to see it on your account.
