I got a letter from the IRS, stating my stuff was being carefully reviewed. I know what I did, i messed up on my State. I put a number under Levied taxes, and I thought it meant what my value of my house is. It should only be 70.00 getting back.

You will not be able to amend your tax return until it has been accepted by the IRS. If your return is being reviewed, I would wait until it gets processed and see what needs to be changed.
