IRS is saying my return is in my bank account , the bank says no , but turbo tax says it won’t be there til 5/4/19

Whatever TurboTax says is only an estimate. TurboTax gets NO feedback or information from the IRS regarding your refund after your return has been accepted. The IRS is your only source of information. If the IRS site says your refund has been issued, then give it several days to post to your account.
