IRS Get Payment Tool

I filed my taxes through Turbo Tax on the 4th of April and received a email confirmation. Today, I tried using the IRS Get payment tool and its saying "Payment Status Not Available-- According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time." How is this considering I made way less than $12K in 2019. Am I not qualified for the stimulus?
