IRS does not have my retun?

I sent my 2020 return through paper file along with my spouse ITIN application in Apr 2021. I received my spouse ITIN in Aug 2021 but I never received my federal refund. I called IRS multiple times and they say they do not have my return. What I should do now ?

@ee-ea Will there be a risk if I again file my 2020 return through efile or paper file ?

@jignagandhi  Do TAS first then if they don't help file.
