Ind.dept of revenue sight says as of this date my return has not been processed? I'm under review,sent all my paperwork they requested its been 4 weeks ago

If it has been 4 weeks and there hasn't been any additional activity on the website, I would call and verify that they have indeed received everything and that no additional information is required from you at this time. They may be able to access your account and provide you with updates that are not available on the website.
