I keep having my e-file rejected, the message is:
ND-995 - The Dependent/Qualifying Person Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN) must match the e-File database. Please double check your entry and resubmit your return with the correct number.
Everyone myself, spouse and son have gotten IP-pins. They are entered correctly but keeps being rejected.

This will be on the CP01A letter you received in December or January for your 2022 taxes. Your IP PINs for prior tax years won't work.
I have been rejected 3 times for this reason. I thought it had been corrected with no luck. What can I do now to fix it?
