I have not received a stimulus though am eligibile. So checked with the IRS via hotline and they have completely different information on file than what I submitted with turbotax for 2018 (2019) not done processing yet... getting runaround from both IRS and turbotax. IRS says I claimed ZERO deductions for myself and daughter even though I am HOH with a minor daughter. And therefore I am not elig for stimulus. I want to scream or vomit. I went on the IRS site where you can pull your transcripts and low and behold a BIG FAT 0 in deductions column. WTF TURBOTAX. I call live support and they can't do anything. I will NEVER use turbotax again.

Do you have a copy of the transmitted return? Did you verify the amount of the refund your received matches what is on that return? Review your transcript yourself via the link below:
If your PDF on TurboTax matches what you expected for 2018, and you received the refund stated on line 19 of your 2018 Form 1040, then there is an IRS processing error. You can try contacting the IRS again via the stimulus hotline:
Telephone Assistance: IRS live phone assistance is extremely limited at this time. For Economic Impact Payment questions, call 800-919-9835.
Or, the IRS is allowing taxpayers who do not receive the stimulus payment now to collect the payment as a credit when they file their 2020 tax return.
A32. Payment amounts vary based on income, filing status and family size. If you filed a 2019 tax return, the IRS used information from it about you, your spouse, your income, filing status and qualifying children to calculate the amount and issue your Payment. If you haven’t filed your 2019 return or it has not been processed yet, the IRS used the information from your 2018 return to calculate the amount and issue your Payment. The IRS is not able to correct or issue additional payments at this time and will provide further details on IRS.gov on the action people may need to take in the future.
If you did not receive the full amount to which you believe you are entitled, you will be able to claim the additional amount when you file your 2020 tax return. This is particularly important for individuals who may be entitled to the additional $500 per qualifying child payments. We encourage everyone to review our “How do I calculate my EIP” question and answer (See question 23).
Keep the Notice 1444, Your Economic Impact Payment, you will receive regarding your Economic Stimulus Payment with your records.
This notice will be mailed to each recipient’s last known address within a few weeks after the Payment is made. When you file your 2020 tax return next year, you can refer to Notice 1444 and claim additional credits on your 2020 tax return if you are eligible for them. The IRS will provide further details on IRS.gov on the action they may need to take.

What do I need to know about the coronavirus stimulus package?
The IRS has created a Get My Payment portal to track the progress of these payments for taxpayers.
