This worksheet is referenced by Capital Gain Tax Computation worksheet and ultimately used for Form 1040 Line 16.

I don't think you're going to be able to see the actual Tax Computation Worksheet in either the Online or desktop versions.   I think TurboTax uses that in the background when necessary.    That's a worksheet that's in the government instructions booklet for Form 1040.  An example of when that might be used is for people who are figuring Line 24 on the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet.    The Tax Tables only go up to $100,000.   So if $100,000 or higher, then Line 24 of the QDCGT Worksheet uses the Tax Computation Worksheet instead to figure the Line 24 amount, as instructed on the QDCGT Worksheet.

 

If you want to see a blank Tax Computation Worksheet, it's on page 15 of this IRS booklet.   You can use it to do a manual calculation if you wish to compare it to TurboTax's result.
