Please clarify why you might need to amend.

As far completing MI city returns you will complete a resident return for Jackson and non-resident for Battle Creek. The income listed on your W2 is taxable to both jurisdictions however, Jackson will credit you on the resident return for taxes paid to Battle Creek. This automatically calculated in TurboTax.
