Im amending a return right now. TurboTax is not giving me the refundable portion of the American Opportunity Tax Credit despite I know Im 100% qualified for it. Why?

Ive amended another return before and I got the refundable portion of AOTC back for that one. Again, I know all the qualifications for the refundable portion and I am qualified for it. The amending web page is just automatically giving me the $4000 tuition deduction instead of the refundable credit. I need to know what buttons to click to get me the refundable credit.
