Is Tax Act 152 the same as the path act message?

@fitzrich17 I’m n the same boat for 2018 filed feb 3rd and it was pullled for review on feb 15,, they said i have to wait 45 to 6 days for the review they said my return looks good just reviewing it received 4464c letter on the 23rd of feb 2018 many people got update today 3/3/18 for 3/7/18 ddd so what is going on with mines still say being processed and a refund date will be available soon?? Please help

If your status was  recently updated to being processed it's already processed and done just waiting on the system to recognize and release it once that happens date will be giving but chances or money will be in our accounts before the system updates. Tax preparer I've checked on at least 5 returns just today.

Mine has said it since thursday and no update mins say its still being processed a refund date will be provied will available there is no tt no codes and all bars are missing

Yes. I spoke to the IRS twice last week and Indicated a majority of tax refunds would be released the week of Feb 27. 2017.

I tried calling the IRS this morning indicated their office is closed despite their office hours should be open.

Mine still says it's being processed & a refund date will be given when available I filed on January 31 approved the same day verified my identity on February 15

I am hoping not to go through this and I am so sorry the IRS is subjecting you to this unnecessary situation. When we should be targeting those that are in our country illegally.
