If your 2019 tax return is accepted but still "being processed" will you still get your stimulus deposit?? I cannot find any information on this

You will get a stimulus payment based on information in your filed 2019 tax return. Here is a link with more information.

I have read everything from that link multiple times and nowhere does it say anything about if your return is still being processed.
