I haven't filed yet and want to change to mailed check, but it won't let me change. How can I change from direct deposit to a mailed check?

If you selected to have your payment taken out of your refund, then you won't be able to choose to receive a check. You would need to change your payment option to Pay With Card instead. If you choose to do so, you can do the following:

To change the option:

• Log in to your online account, and then click on the Take Me to My Return
• Click on the File tab at the end and then click on Start (or Revisit) next to Step 1.
• You should see View Payment Options at the bottom. Click on this
• Here you'll be able to click Pay by Card
• After you enter in your information, click Continue. This will take you back to the page with Step 1-3.
  
• Click on Start/Revisit next to Step 2. Select the option to receive a paper check
