Tax topic 152 is just general information about the IRS processing of returns. A lot of times, if you signed up for direct deposit, you'll see this tax topic appear in the Where's My Refund tool. If the IRS needs more information from you, they will indicate it here followed up by a letter sent to you, there is no need for concern when you see this particular topic.
