If you pay fees with your return, how long does it take for TurboTax bank to release the rest of the refund to my direct deposit?

I had filing fees taken from my return since I didn't have the money when I thought it was supposed to be free. So I want to know how long after the IRS sends the refund to the financial institution that TurboTax that they send to my bank via direct deposit.

It depends. It generally takes up to 21 days but the IRS has experienced significant delays because of COVID 19 issues.

The IRS has it stating the release is tomorrow, but my bank doesn't have the information. This happened before where things got held up through the financial institute TurboTax uses to deduct the fees from my refund. However, I just asked an agent and got the contact phone number to get this information. Thank you @DaveF1006 for trying to help answer this question.
