@Ash16 First, if it's been less than 21 days, continue to track your refund status via the IRS Where's My Refund site. If more than 21 days have passed since your return was accepted, you should call the IRS directly to inquire about the delay of your refund. Go here for tips on reaching a live IRS agent when you call.
The Taxpayer Advocate Service is there to help you with tax problems you can't solve on your own. If you find this pertains to you, the service could possibly assist you in getting your refund quicker than going at it on your own. However, we cannot say for certain.
