If TurboTax misrepresentation on my taxes and I still have not got them back but TurboTax already took there money out my bank I want a refund for there services !

As I filed my taxes as I always have it was not asking for my health insurance so I backed out and startedover .with the probably thinking I missed it but no still nothing so I questioned it and was assured that insurance was not needed this year. And it was so I got a letter from its and then turbo tax would not help me with this problem told me I had to do the leeg work now I am thinking what the hell did I pay them to do so go I got it done and it has Ben months and still nothing. Turbotax I want my money back that you so took out of my bank for doing my taxes that you were the professional in this mater. And misrepresent me as the client

You must call TurboTax directly for billing issues. Use the word billing when you set up a call back. They are open weekdays from 5 AM to 5 PM Pacific time.
